Reminder for Requesting Transportation

Effective immediately, the University vehicle fleet has been relocated to the Quick Center parking lot in designated reserved parking spaces.  Anyone scheduled to use a vehicle reserved through the Office of Conference & Event Management can pick up and return vehicles to the parking spots marked as reserved parking for University vehicles only.  Key pick up and return remains at the Department of Public Safety in the ground floor of Loyola Hall.

As a reminder, the University vans and cars are for University use only.  All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and drivers are limited to employees of Fairfield University/Fairfield Prep or an approved student driver.

All vehicle requests must be made in EMS at least three (3) business days in advance of a scheduled trip.  Requests where students are driving the University vehicle fleet will not be confirmed until the student driver is approved.  As with all requests in EMS, an org number is required for a vehicle reservation.
