The University Career Center is hosting the spring Career & Internship Fair for students of all class years and majors, including nursing and graduate students, this Wed., Feb. 15 in the RecPlex from 12-3 p.m.  

This event is a great chance for students to connect with organizations that are hiring for full-time and internship opportunities. We would greatly appreciate your help to encourage student participation!  The fair will offer…

  • ‘Ask An Advisor’ station
  • Resume printing station
  • LinkedIn photo booth 
  • 105+ employers from a wide range of industries

Employer Information in Stags4Hire
Students can sign in to Stags4Hire in advance of the fairs to view all of the registered employers. The in-person fair does not require registration. 

Preparing for the Fair
Students are encouraged to take advantage of the resources offered by Fairfield’s career centers to ensure they are prepared.

Career Counselors: Students should contact their school's career center for assistance with resumes, developing elevator pitches, and networking.

Career Peer Advisors:  Students can drop in to meet with a trained student career advisor for help with Stags4Hire, LinkedIn, resumes, and more. The full CPA schedule is on Life@fairfield.

  • Monday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., Kelley Center
  • Tuesday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., BCC 302 by Tully stairs

Career Closet: The Career Closet is available to those in need of professional attire for the fair, interviews, and networking events. Students can schedule an appointment at careers@fairfield.edu.

Resume Printing & LinkedIn Photos: Students can stop by the Career Center in the Kelley Center before Wednesday to print copies of their resumes and get a new or updated LinkedIn photo.

Stags4Hire: Students should have a complete profile on Stags4Hire (Handshake). The Getting Started guide provides step-by-step instructions.
