Today - Valentines Day Special Lunch & Charity Giving Options

Location: Barone Campus Center Oak Room

Todays valentines lunch in the Barone Campus Center is open to all faculty, staff and administrators.

Admission is $10 per person (cash only), and 100% of the collected proceeds are donated to a charity of your choice.  The designated charities for this event are in partnership with the office of Campus Ministry, and include the Malta House and the Triangle Community Center.  Information pertaining to the designated charities may be found on the attached link.

The lunch menu for today includes:

Salad:  field greens with roasted beets, strawberries, goat cheese, toasted sunflower seeds with raspberry balsamic dressing

Soup:  Crawfish Gumbo

Entree Items:
  1. Local 4 cheese heart shaped ravioli with pesto cream sauce (no nuts)
  2. Jumbo crab stuffed shrimp with roasted garlic lemon grass butter
  3. Smoked beef tenderloin medallions with whisky sauce (GF)
  4. Yukon gold creamer potato with parsley butter (GF)
  5. Steamed tri color cauliflower (GF)
  6. Roasted butternut squash (GF)
Dessert:  Chocolate raspberry dome (GF), chocolate marquise, chocolate covered cheesecake
