Mindy is a high-energy, disruptive leader with extensive experience in building and transforming consumer brands. During this engaging forum Mindy will discuss topics including implications for business/brand transformation in our current economy, industries and companies we can expect to see significant business/brand transformations in the immediate future, factors that contribute to a business/brand’s readiness for transformation, how CEOs lead successful transformation and the impact of a company’s culture and values, and more.


As president and former CEO of WW International, Mindy has led the organization’s rebranding from Weight Watchers to WW to reflect the company’s evolution to overall health and wellness in addition to weight loss. Prior to WW, she served as the CEO and member of the board of directors at HSNi and as a global vice president at Nike, Inc. Throughout her career, Mindy has been widely recognized for her leadership including being named to Forbes Magazine 100 Most Powerful Women, The Financial Times Top 50 Women in World Business, TIME Magazine’s 50 Most Influential People in Healthcare, and was named the EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Corporate Innovation.


The Fairfield Dolan Dean’s Executive Forum engages thought leaders and distinguished executives to discuss issues that have profound impacts on business and/or societies.
