Registration for CWP-Fairfield's award-winning summer camps for youth, 3rd - 12th grade, is open. All programs run from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the Dolan School of Business and are led by teacher-leaders, writers, and authors. Labs are $350 a week, but scholarships are available.

Little Lab for Big Imaginations (3rd - 5th Grade). These one-week literacy labs (each designed differently) are built for elementary-aged students who are ready to write in a variety of genres, to turn play in language (and language into play), and to use Fairfield University's campus as an outdoor writing arena.
Week One: July 10th - July 14th / Week Two: July 17th - 21st

Novel Writing Labs (6th-12th grade). These literacy labs for middle and high school youth who want to work on their next great novel. Students come for one week or two, and often both (to work on additional chapters of their books). Each day is spent building a better story with exceptional instructors, author visits, creative outlets for tapping one's imagination, and time to write around campus.
Week One - Character Matters (focused on building character) - July 10th - 14th
Week Two - Plot Matters (focused on developing plot) - July 17th - 21st

Who Do You Think You Are? The College Essay and Other Narratives (9th - 12th grade). This literacy lab is perfect for all students who love to narrative stories from their personal lives and/or develop essays on topics they are passionate about. It is a perfect location for students to work on their college essays, to develop content for college applications, and to get one-on-one advice from a variety of personal writing experts.
