Unity in Action: Black Stags Matter Walk

FUSA has unapologetically stated on numerous occasions that Black Lives Matter and that our Black Stags Matter. To continue to foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment for members of our campus community, we vigorously support those who have been marginalized and those who feel their voices for cultural change on campus are not being heard. 

We invite the Fairfield University community to walk alongside our faculty, staff, and students of color, in the 2nd Black Stags Matter Walk on Wednesday, April 19th, 1:30-3:30 PM. Join us after in the Kelley Center Presentation Room for a debrief.

We kindly ask for everyone to wear all black on the 19th, even if unable to attend the walk, to stand in solidarity with our campus community of color. 

The walk will begin at 1:30 PM at the BCC Stag Shuttle Stop. Here we will be giving out Celebration of Unity t-shirts and Black Stag Matter pins. Please feel free to view the map to join us at a specific location at a particular time.
