Tuesdays AND (Wellness) Wednesdays - Yoga at the RecPlex

Faculty and Staff members are invited to attend Tuesday noon and/or Wednesday 4:45pm yoga classes at the RecPlex. We hope you are able to take advantage of this opportunity before we end our programs for the summer.
As always, RecPlex members are asked to reserve their place in class WEEKLY by logging into IMLeagues and choosing their class. Non-members can either call Betsy Blagys or email. Contact info is below.
We do provide yoga mats for class.
