If so, then say “thank you” by nominating them for the annual Employee Choice Award!
To nominate an employee, please complete the nomination form below and submit to the Office of Human Resources by July 31st. Nominations should be made for an employee’s an employee's superior performance and/or contribution in the preceding 12 months. The HR Employee Choice Award Committee will select one winner from the nominations received throughout the year. The winner will be announced prior to the HR Service Recognition Reception.
One Fairfield University employee will be selected as the Employee Choice Award winner each year. The winner will be presented with a framed certificate at the annual HR Service Recognition Reception. Winners will be invited to all future HR Service Recognition Receptions.
- Nominated employees must be full time or regular part time and employed in good standing at the time the award is given.
- Previous winners are not eligible to be nominated again.
- Senior-level executives and employees from Human Resources are excluded from receiving nominations.
- Nomination forms must be received by July 31st. Late submissions will not be considered.
