Career & Internship Fair is Next Week, Wed., Sept. 27!

The University Career Center is hosting a variety of career fairs for students of all class years and majors this academic year. Fairs are an effective way for students to learn about career paths and connect with organizations that are hiring for full-time and internship opportunities.

• Next week!  Career & Internship Fair: Wed., Sept. 27 from 12-3 p.m. in the RecPlex
• Law School Fair: Wed., Oct. 4 from 12:30-2:30 p.m. in the Dogwood Room
• Nursing Career Fair: Tues., Oct. 24 from 2-4 p.m. in the Kelley Center Presentation Room
• Spring Career & Internship Fair: Wed., Feb. 14 from 12-3 p.m. in the RecPlex
• Education & Human Development Career Fair: Tue., March 19 from 3-5 p.m. in the Dogwood Room

Students are encouraged to take advantage of the many resources offered by Fairfield’s career centers to ensure they are ready to connect with employers.

Career Counselors: Students can contact their school's career center for assistance with career planning, Stags4Hire, resumes, elevator pitches, networking, preparing for interviews, and much more.

Career Peer Advisors: Students can drop in to meet with a trained student career advisor for help with Stags4Hire, Linkedin, and resumes. The CPA schedule is on Life@fairfield.

Stags4Hire: Students should set up/complete their profile on Stags4Hire (Handshake). It's easy to get started with step-by-step instructions.

Career Closet: The Career Closet has a wide range of professional attire for fairs, interviews, and networking events. Students can schedule an appointment at careers@fairfield.edu.

Resume Printing & Linkedin Photos: Students can stop by the Career Center in the Kelley Center to print their resumes and get a new or updated LinkedIn photo.
