Group Exercise Classes over Winter Break

We are happy to offer our RecPlex members a few classes over the winter break starting with a 5 p.m. Spin on Wednesday, January 2!. Classes are scheduled midday as well as at 5 p.m. and include Yoga, Zumba, Spin AND a new class, Tread Well.

Class times, rooms, and descriptions are all found on IMLeagues. As always, registration is on a per class basis and starts three days prior to actual class.

Also, keep a lookout for info on our new personal training program. A few of our Faculty and/or staff members will be able to purchase sessions with a certified trainer and kick off their New Year with a bang! (Please note this intercession program is for Fac/Staff only over the break and will open up to other members later in January.)
