Shoki advises both Fairfield University’s study abroad students and the degree-seeking international students studying on campus. He is the main point of contact for inquiries regarding program selection, application, visa requirements, student life abroad, and international students on campus.

Agnes Farkas

Agnes is responsible for international degree-seeking student advising. She provides a full range of immigration services to international students on F-1 or J-1 visas who need guidance on federal immigration regulations. Agnes also manages visa processes for study abroad students and advises them on foreign visa requirements as they pertain to study abroad.

Benjamin is the main advisor for students applying to summer study abroad programs. He works with Global Fairfield’s summer program partners abroad to establish program dates and timelines.

Dr. Shannon Harding

Shannon is Chair of the School of Record Articulations Committee (SORAC) As Chair, Dr. Harding leads the committee in the review of syllabi from foreign partners to ensure they meet Fairfield University standards and oversees the articulation process of courses from foreign institutions receiving Fairfield credit and grades. Dr. Harding is also the point of contact for faculty considering faculty led program development and co-hosts the annual CAE training, “Developing a Faculty Led Program Abroad” with 
Patricia Pivarnik.

Lynn Kelliher

Lynn manages Global Fairfield’s budgets, systems supports and international travel related payment processes. She is the main point of contact for questions pertaining to CISI enrollment, program fees, payments, and consortium agreements.

Callie O’Neill (Roberts)

Callie is the main point of contact for students who will be studying abroad for a semester or a year in all locations except Florence, Italy. Callie is also the program liaison for international partners and manages the processing of foreign course and School of Record articulations and study abroad transcripts.

Patricia Pivarnik

Patricia manages the marketing, promotion and events of Global Fairfield. She is the main point of contact for faculty led program proposals and supports domestic partner outreach.

Student Interns 
Content Creator who is responsible for creating student-focused digital materials to appear on Global Fairfield’s website and social media pages. 
Marketing Intern from Communication and English who will write, proofreading and edit materials within the student focused marketing campaign.

Onsite Florence Global Center Support Team
Full-service team that supports students attending Florence University of the Arts (FUA) for a semester or year and faculty hosting a faculty led academic programs at our Florence site.

Sylvia Casanova
Florence Onsite Administrative Coordinator

Sylvia manages the finances of the Florence office and supports the Florence program students with course registration and permit of stay requirements.

Ciara Cox

Ciara advises students wanting to study abroad for a summer or semester in Florence from point of application through to the completion of their program in Florence. Ciara liaises with our domestic partners and the students they send to our Florence Program.

Joanne Maddux
Florence Onsite Director

Joanne overseas all staff and operations in Florence. She represents Fairfield at professional meetings in Italy and ensures the legal compliance of our operations in Italy. She coordinates our community engagement and service activities for academic programs at our Florence site.

Giulia Ricciardi
Assistant Director for Student Services

Giulia is the main point of contact for students in Florence for housing-related inquiries and oversees the Resident Assistants. Giulia also coordinates student cultural programming.
