All hourly employees must add their holiday time as a separate time type for Wednesday 11/22.
Because this is a half-day holiday, the system is unable to automatically load these hours and employees are responsible for recording and submitting their time appropriately.
You should select “Holiday” in your time entry screen as a Time Type, for the holiday hours.
For example; if you will be working the first half of a 7-hour day your time entry for Wednesday will be:
- Hours Worked: 830a-1230p
- Holiday: 3 hours
Your daily hours for Wednesday should total your normally scheduled hours for a full day.
*If you would like to pick up your paycheck that is normally printed and mailed, please reach out to the Payroll Department no later than Monday 11/20.
As a reminder, you should submit your hours as you end your work week to allow your supervisor sufficient time to approve your hours by Monday afternoon.
